Women's Empowerment bilingual (English & Spanish) psychotherapist and leadership coach. For over 14 years, I have helped women overcome anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, depression, co-dependency, and toxic relationships. I am here to help you learn how to cope with personal, relationships, and career challenges in a caring, confidential, and empowering space. I use a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy to help you understand your thoughts and feelings, gain self-confidence, and reach self-empowerment. Additionally, I use my professional coaching skills to help you move from self-empowered to self-actualized.
